Very Good Quality Goat Cheese. I am Lactose intolerant and for me other types of Cheese are strict No no. Goat cheese are good for Digestion, have good proteins, have least Lactose, and have prebiotic qualities. Thanks Courtyard for making good quality Goat Cheese.
