Artisanal dairy production is Courtyard Farms’ pride. All products are handcrafted with an appreciation for the time-honored techniques that take greater care in making a lot less. Using this method, we save waste and contribute towards zero impact on the environment. We have no preservatives in our products, moreover, we do not want to give away the natural integrity of the milk in our products nor to create more environmental impact of processing and packaging.

Furthermore, the architectural design of our facilities makes the best use possible of natural light and ventilation and reduces our reliance on the use of nonrenewable energy sources.
