Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy

Being perishable in nature, we do not accept returns of any of our products. In case the product received is the incorrect product, we would refund 100% of the product cost if intimated immediately. We request you not to accept the product in that case.
The refund will be processed within 1 day of receipt and inspection of the goods.

REFUNDS

After placing the order customer can cancel the order within 60mins if he/she wish to. Once the refund is approved we will refund the amount within 48 hours and the amount will reflect within 5 working days.

CANCELLATIONS

You can cancel your order online within 1 hour and once the cancellation is approved we will refund the amount within 48 hours and the amount will reflect within 5 working days. Your entire order amount will be refunded via the refund method selected by you.

Only purchase made directly from COURTYARD FARMS is qualified for the refund and return policy.
